Built by a TpT seller for TpT sellers. Both tools live in the same popup, in separate tabs.

Know about a sale the moment it happens, and see what you've earned without opening the Sales Reports page.

Create a whole series of back-to-back Throw a Sale sales. You choose the discounts; the extension does the typing and clicking.

Step 1

Install and set up

  1. Install the extensionClick "Install from Chrome Store" and then "Add to Chrome".
  2. Pin it to your toolbarClick the puzzle-piece icon in Chrome, then the pin next to TPT Seller Toolkit so it is always one click away.
  3. Log in to TeachersPayTeachersStay logged in to your seller account in Chrome. The extension works with your open TpT session.
  4. Open the popupClick the extension icon. You'll see three tabs: My sales, Plan sales and Other tools.
The extension only works on teacherspayteachers.com, which is the only site permission it asks for.

🎉 My sales: celebrate every sale

See your earnings at a glance and get notified the moment a sale comes in.

  1. Open the "My sales" tabYou'll see your earnings for the Day, Week and Month, with the number of sales for each.
  2. Turn on notificationsTick "Desktop notifications" to get a pop-up for every new sale, and "Sound" if you want to hear it too.
  3. Choose when your week startsUse the "Week starts" menu so the weekly total matches the way you track your business.
  4. Refresh or open your reportsPress the ↻ button to update the numbers, or "My Sales" to jump to your TpT sales page.

Tool 2

📅 Plan sales: schedule 2 months in a few clicks

Throw a Sale on TpT means filling the same form again and again. Let the extension do it for you.

  1. Open the "Plan sales" tabThe extension reads your Throw a Sale page and shows your last sale and the next date available, so new sales start right after your current ones.
  2. Review the planned salesA list of back-to-back sales for the next 2 months is prepared for you, each with its dates and name.
  3. Pick the discountsChoose a discount for every sale, or use "Set all to" and press Apply to give them all the same one.
  4. Press "Create sales"The button shows how many sales will be created. Keep the TpT tab open while the extension fills in the name, description, dates and discount for each sale and schedules it.
  5. Watch the progressA small banner at the bottom of the TpT page shows which sale is being created. You can press Stop at any time.

Pick a discount for each sale (or set all at once), then press "Create sales".
Tip: Open Settings in the Plan sales tab to choose whether the extension selects your entire store and schedules automatically, or fills the form and lets you finish it yourself.

🔄 Added new products? Update your existing sales

New products are not added to sales you already scheduled. This feature fixes that.

  1. Open "Add all products to existing sales"It's in the Plan sales tab. You'll see your active and upcoming sales with a checkbox each, the discount, and how many products they have right now.
  2. Tick the sales to updateUse "Select all sales" or "None", or tick them one by one.
  3. Press the buttonNothing opens on TpT until you press it. The extension then opens each selected sale, adds all your products, and saves it.

Quick answers before you install.

Is it really free?

Yes. TPT Seller Toolkit is free to install and use.

Do I need to keep the TpT tab open while it creates sales?

Yes. The extension works inside your TpT tab, so leave it open until the banner says all sales are created.

What if something goes wrong?

The banner on the TpT page tells you what happened. Press Stop to cancel, then check your Throw a Sale page and run the plan again. TpT can change its pages, so if something stops working, please contact me.

Is it connected to TeachersPayTeachers?

No. TPT Seller Toolkit is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TeachersPayTeachers.

What is "Other tools"?

That tab is where more tools will live as the toolkit grows. A more powerful paid version is also in the works.
