Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information TpT Pro Tools ("I", "my", "this site") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It covers this website and my browser extensions: the free TPT Seller Toolkit and TpT Niche Research Pro.

1. This website

This is a static website hosted on GitHub Pages. I do not run user accounts, comment forms or a newsletter on it, and I do not ask you for personal information to browse it.

Like any website, the hosting provider (GitHub) may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. See GitHub's privacy statement.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests files from Google's servers and Google may receive your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.

2. Information you send me

If you email me, I receive your email address and whatever you write. I use it only to reply to you and to give support. I do not sell it or share it for marketing.

3. Purchases

Purchases of TpT Niche Research Pro are processed by Polar, a third-party payment platform. Your payment details are entered on Polar's checkout and are handled by Polar and its payment processors. I do not see or store your card number. I receive the information needed to deliver your purchase, such as your email address and license key. Please read Polar's own privacy policy for how it handles your data.

4. Browser extensions

TPT Seller Toolkit (free)

The extension runs on TeachersPayTeachers pages that you open while logged in to your own account. It reads your sales and Throw a Sale information so it can show your earnings, send you notifications and plan sales. Its settings and the data it reads are stored in your own browser using Chrome's extension storage. It only asks for access to teacherspayteachers.com. It does not ask for your TpT password.

TpT Niche Research Pro

This tool reads public TeachersPayTeachers search pages (keywords, result counts, product titles, publish dates and view counts) to show you research results and to build the CSV files you export. Your exports are created in your browser and saved to your computer. Your license key is used to confirm your purchase.

I do not use the extensions to track your browsing, and I do not sell your data.

5. Cookies and advertising

This site does not currently set its own tracking cookies. If I enable advertising or analytics in the future (for example Google AdSense or Google Analytics), the following will apply and this policy will be updated:

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

6. External links

This site links to other websites (TeachersPayTeachers, Polar, the Chrome Web Store and others). I am not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Children

This site is written for teachers and adults who sell educational resources. It is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information I hold about you, to correct it, or to ask me to delete it. Contact me through the Contact page and I will respond as soon as I can.

9. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
